Before collaborating with Bloom Acupuncture, their brand was outdated and attracting a market that was too young for their liking.

It was important for the brand to be modern, clean, and professional while still having a distinct personality.

We were drawn to the concept of integrating Chinese herb references, aiming to attract a mature female market as their focus lies in addressing women's health issues such as peri-menopause, infertility, and pregnancy.

When Claire approached us, she realised her brand needed a makeover to attract the right clientele, and her website was struggling to convert leads effectively.

Through our comprehensive branding and website design process, we collaborated to pinpoint growth obstacles and customer conversion challenges.

Branding

During our website strategy process, we installed tracking tools on Bloom Acupuncture's website. 

This helped us to notice that:
  • There were too many menu items which was confusing her audience.
  • The footer was under utilised, causing people to leave her website.
  • There was information overload.
  • There were not enough call-to-action buttons and no clear customer journey.
  • There was a high bounce rate off some pages.
  • Nobody is clicking on the About page from the Home page, meaning we need stronger copy and a photo of Claire looking at the camera to connect with her audience.

We completed a competitor analysis and customer journey maps to ensure we were one step ahead of the market and visitors could easily find their way to book. We also optimised the website so that search engines can crawl the website and show it to her ideal clients.
